Here Have Some Jingles Stuff

"More drums then call letters..."

What we have to say about ourselves. And others.

Here Have Some Jingles - UK Radio jingles from the past 40 years

We like jingles. So do you, presumably. Otherwise you are in the wrong place.

If, by some chance you are not a collector of jingles (known as an "anorak", or a "jingle freak") or fail to have heard of Century 21 Programming of Dallas, then let us enlighten you. Slightly.

There is something sadly exciting about jingles, those seven second pieces of joy between the records on your favourite radio station. When you listen to jingles on CD, mp3, cassette, reel, cart or a website like JingleMad, you find new and old jingles. But the experience is heightened and made even more exciting when you hear something nostalgic... a jingle you remember from the days you were 'discovering' radio. It's sheer bliss.

JIngle sourcing and collecting is a rather lonesome hobby. But, you share this rather odd, sad, community with thousands of others who have the same affliction. (*See the membership of JingleMad... it's up to one billion registered users as of this morning).

The majority of jingle collectors tend to be really fit scantilly-clad young females with big boobs, but there are also some male collectors around.

This site (under construction) exists to give you examples of jingles from various companies, in various styles, in various markets, for various radio stations. Watch this space, we will actually get round to adding the jingles soon. Well, when we bloody feel like it.

Enjoy.
