BBC Radio Lincolnshire started it's service to the county on 11th November 1980.

 

It broadcasts to an estimated 500,000 people aged over 15, on three frequencies, two FM (94.9 & 104.7 - the latter for Grantham) & one AM (1368). A combined TV & radio facility operates from the Radion Buildings in Newport, Lincoln.
